Ustaad is a members-only learning platform. You must register with a valid sign-in method (such as Google or WhatsApp OTP) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Courses and content

Course materials, videos, notes, and updates are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share member-only content without our written permission. We may add, change, or remove courses and features at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to bypass access controls or scrape the site
• Impersonate others or share account credentials
• Upload malware or interfere with platform operation

5. Disclaimers

Educational content on Ustaad is for general information and skill-building. It is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ustaad and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
